Do you offer refunds and exchanges?

Yes, however, only apparel items can be returned for a full refund. Art and stickers sales are final. If you have received the wrong item(s), please email info@chyari.com to get this resolved. Items that are returned or exchanged must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date in their original condition (unwashed, unworn and, without any abnormal smells). Any damaged or obstructed items will not be accepted. We will provide the return address once your refund has been processed.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

We do our best to ensure that your item arrives in pristine condition. If you notice any damages, please email info@chyari.com. Please be sure to include “Damaged Item” in the subject line. 

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders will be processed 3-5 business days from when the order was placed. Processing times may be slower around holidays. Please keep in mind your package may experience delays up to 14 days, due to COVID-19. Orders placed will have a tracking number sent to your email address. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to arrive.

Will you be restocking any old designs?

Most designs will have limited restocks once they have sold out.
